Shipping

Every shipment is insured at full declared value.

The piece is packaged in two layers:

Inner: rigid branded box, custom foam insert, piece wrapped in tissue.

Outer: double-wall corrugated, additional padding, fragile marked on all six sides.

If something goes wrong on arrival:

Photograph packaging and piece before unpacking. Report to hello@niwaterra.com within 48 hours.

Transit insurance covers verified damage. We resolve it.
