Finished pieces are final sale and consistent with the original artwork.

Handmade variation is not a defect.

Damage on arrival: photograph the packaging and piece; report within 12 hours.

Manufacturing defect: write to us; we assess and respond with a resolution.

The advance is non-refundable on commission pieces.

Terms are confirmed in the commission agreement before the advance is taken.
